Pricing & Payment

All quotes are valid for 30 days.

All work is quoted in advance and agreed upon before commencement.

Client Responsibilities

Ensure safe, clear access to the site.

  1. Secure any permissions (e.g. landlord or building consent).

  2. We’re not liable for third-party equipment or services.

  3. The client agrees that any obstruction/s found during installation which Quantum Connected were not made aware of during the survey stage are the client’s full responsibility, and the full quoted amount will still be chargeable.

Your Data

We store client details securely and never share your information. Records are kept for accounting, tax, warranty and service purposes only.

Scope of Services

We provide structured cabling, network installations, and related services for both homes and businesses. Every project is agreed in writing before we begin.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  1. We follow standard industry practices. If you cancel a scheduled installation, all non-labour charges will remain due.

  2. Delays due to a lack of site access or third-party interference may require rescheduling.

Warranty & Liability

We stand by our work with a 5 year warranty.

  1. Covers installation, not damage, misuse, or third-party changes.

  2. We’re fully insured — see our PLI certificate here.
