We always recommend a site survey so that our experts can ascertain the full scope of the works required, however in situations where time constraints are in place we can use building schematics or means of a video call to produce an estimate.

Absolutely. All our work is backed by a 10 year workmanship guarantee, and the equipment we install comes with manufacturer warranties.

We follow standard industry practices. If you cancel within 72 hours of a scheduled install, a cancellation fee may apply to cover any preparation and materials ordered. Full terms are in our T&Cs.

We plan to keep disruption minimal. Most cabling routes can be done cleanly and efficiently. If itβs a business-critical install, we can also work outside normal hours to avoid downtime.

Every job is different, but we always aim to complete work promptly without compromising on quality. For most residential and small business cabling jobs, we can typically complete work within 1β3 days of starting. Larger or more complex installations will come with a custom timeframe discussed upfront.
We provide estimated timeframes during your site survey, and if required, we can offer agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for business-critical work to ensure minimal disruption.
